Ingredients

For the Iced Latte:

  • Ice
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Optional: sweetener or syrup of choice to taste

For the Blue Moon Cold Foam:

  • 1/2 cup blue moon ice cream (roughly 1 1/2 scoops)
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon powdered sugar

A dreamy swirl of espresso, milk, and blue moon ice cream cold foam—this iced latte is nostalgic, creamy, and pure magic.

Instructions

  1. Combine blue moon ice cream, milk, and heavy cream in a tall glass. Set aside to melt while you prepare the latte.
  2. Fill a tall glass 2/3 full with ice, then add milk and espresso.
  3. If the ice cream in the cold foam mixture is still frozen, microwave mixture for 10 seconds.
  4. Mix the cold foam mixture with a milk frother for 10-15 seconds, or just until the foam doubles in volume.  (Don’t mix too long, or the cream will start to separate.)
  5. Carefully pour the cold foam on top of the iced latte. Sip and enjoy!
