Cheesiest Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

1 pound dried elbow macaroni

1 egg

1/2 cup whole milk

1/2 cup evaporated milk

1/2 stick unsalted butter

1/4 cup sour cream

3 ounces mild cheddar cheese

3 ounces sharp cheddar cheese

3 ounces provolone cheese

3 ounces gouda cheese

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp salt

1 pinch white sugar

 

 

Instructions

1. Salt your water and boil noodles per package instructions. Drain noodles.

2. To a large mixing bowl add noodles, 1/2 cup of whole milk, 1/2 cup of evaporated milk, 1/2 stick of unsalted butter (cut into small pieces), 1/4 cup of sour cream, 3 ounces each: mild cheddar, sharp cheddar, provolone and gouda cheese, 1 tsp each of smoked paprika and salt, a pinch of white sugar and 1 egg. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

3. Add macaroni and cheese mixture to a baking dish, top with shredded provolone cheese, and garnish with dried parsley and smoked paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes!
