Mini Swiss Cheese Tostadas

Ingredients
- 6 street-taco-size (4 1/2-inch) flour tortillas
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 1 cup sliced strawberries, chopped mango, chopped nectarines and/or blueberries
- 2 tablespoons canned green chiles, drained
- 1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
The pairing of luscious fruits and nutty Swiss cheese is naturally fresh and simple. Combine this classic twosome with crisp tortillas, spicy brown mustard and mild green chiles and you’ve got an enticing, satisfying snack.
Instructions
- Line large baking sheet or 18- x 13- x 1-inch (half sheet) pan with foil. Arrange tortillas in single layer on pan. Lightly coat tops of tortillas with cooking spray. Broil about 5 inches from the heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until beginning to brown on one side. Remove from broiler. Carefully turn tortillas over.
- Spread mustard on unbrowned sides of tortillas. Top with fruit and chiles. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil about 5 inches from the heat for 2 to 3 minutes more until hot and cheese melts. Serve warm.
