Ingredients

  • 8 ounces salted butter, room temperature
  • 6-8 medium figs, sliced
  • 3-4 ounces sliced, lean prosciutto, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/3 cup Bleu cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup unsalted, shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey, for drizzling
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Flaky sea salt

This elegant butter board combines a rich blend of sweet and savory flavors. Softened salted butter is topped with fresh, juicy figs, thin slices of prosciutto, flavorful Bleu cheese crumbles, a drizzle of honey for sweetness, and chopped pistachios for texture. Serve alongside warm bread or crackers and this sweet and savory butter board will be the centerpiece of your next party.

Instructions

  1. Spread the softened butter onto a 12 to 14-inch serving board.
  2. Evenly arrange the sliced figs and prosciutto on top. Generously sprinkle with bleu cheese and pistachios. Drizzle with honey and finish with a generous sprinkle of flaky sea salt. Serve with sliced, warm bread and/or crackers.
