Ingredients

  • 6 jalapeño peppers, sliced in half (lengthwise) and seeded
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 6 stips bacon, cut in half

The cream cheese balances the heat of the jalapeño peppers in this delicious appetizer.

Instructions

  1. Cut each jalapeño pepper in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membrane.
  2. Spoon approximately 1 teaspoon of cream cheese into each jalapeño shell (may need a little more or less depending on the pepper size).
  3. Wrap half strips of bacon around the jalapeño to enclose the cream cheese completely.
  4. Place in your air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
  5. Carefully remove from air fryer and serve immediately.
