Pumpkin Latte

You don’t have to run to the coffee shop every day to enjoy this fall favorite. Our easy, two-step recipe can give you the same warm pumpkin flavor right at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup prepared coffee
  • 1 1/2 cups milk, nonfat, 1%, or 2%
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • whipped cream, optional

Instructions

1. Combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin spice and milk into a large mason jar. Put lid on and shake until milk bubbles form. Remove lid and microwave for 25-35 seconds.

2. Pour ½ cup of coffee into each mug. Divide up milk mixture between the two mugs. Top with whipped cream if desired.
