Ingredients

1 Tsp Paprika

1 Tsp Salt

2 Tsp Onion Powder

2 Tsp Garlic Powder

2 Tsp Cajun Spice

2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

1 Tbs Tomato Paste

1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese

1 Tsp Lemon Pepper

2 Lobster Tails

1/2 Red Onion, chopped

3 Cups Heavy Cream

1 Tbs Butter

1 Tbs Oil

1-16-oz Box of Bucatini Pasta

For Garnish, Chopped Parsley

Instructions

1. Cut in half two lobster tails, separating the meat from the shell. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and save the shells.

2. Dice half of a red onion and set aside.

3. In a heated skillet, add 1 tbsp of butter and 1 tbsp of oil. Add your lobster meat and season with 1 tsp Cajun, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, and 1 tsp lemon pepper. Cook for 5 minutes and remove from pan.

4. In the same pan sauté the diced onions until fragrant. Once fragrant add 1 tbsp of tomato paste and cook it down for 5 minutes.

5. Add 3 cups of heavy cream and season with 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp Cajun spice, 2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.

6. Mix the sauce thoroughly and allow it to come to a low simmer.

7. In a separate large pot bring water to a boil; add salt and lobster shells. Next, add a 16-oz box of bucatini pasta. Cook according to package instructions.

8. Add the lobster meat to the simmering sauce, and then introduce the cooked bucatini pasta. Mix it thoroughly, add the lobster tails for presentation, and garnish with fresh parsley.

9. Plate up and enjoy.
