Strawberry Shortcake Snackers

Ingredients

  • 8 graham crackers
  • 1 cup strawberry yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

After-school hours call for quick and healthy snacks. This recipe fits the bill with graham crackers, strawberry yogurt and juicy berries.

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread 2 tablespoons of yogurt on half of one graham cracker. Top with a few strawberries and place on the baking sheet. Repeat with remaining graham crackers.
  2. Freeze until the yogurt has set, about one hour. Serve immediately with a glass of milk.
